Horse Riding, Black Hearted Blue Lake
About 35 km north-west of Tsenkhermandal Sum District, Khokh Lake is the lowest point in Mongolia. It is a medium sized fresh water at 560m altitude. Khokh Lake (Blue Lake) is said to be where Temujin was crowned Chinggis Khaan in 1206. There is a small plaque that marks the coronation spot, which some say was attended by 100,000 soldiers.

Tsagaan Sar (white moon or white month) is the Mongolian lunar New Year's festival. It is often celebrated around the same time as the China, Korean (sometimes a lunar month later). However, the Mongolian Tsagaan Sar is culturally more related to the Tibetan New Year or Losar than to the Chinese New Year. Both Tibetan Calendar and Mongolian Calendar are slightly modified version of the traditional Chinese calendar.

Naadam Festival, Mongolia's Three Manly Sports
